Wicking Bed Workshop- at next working bee

Another cracker of a working bee coming up, organised by Julia, Gill and Ka. They will remind you closer to the date but pencil it in anyway. This is a working bee to get our planter boxes built for spring planting, and it is doubling as a workshop for all of us to learn how to put a wicking bed together. Masters is donating the wood, Very Edible Gardens (VEG) is donating some of the material, running little workshops and showing us how to put the boxes together and we are opening the day up to the public (limited numbers) as a fundraiser (soils, sand and more scoria needed). Check out the flyer, attached, and the registration link:

and feel free to pass both around electronically or printed if you are able to. We only have two weeks to get the information out so please do what you can. A big thanks to Gabbi for helping with the flyer, Meg for doing the eventbrite construction, Kylie and Max from Masters, and Carey from VEG, as well as the gardeners who have been working on bits and pieces to pull this together.
